Pastoral Staff

Kevin Meek joined our staff as Senior Pastor in April of 2013 and brought with him a love of people and unifying leadership skills. Kevin has a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan as well as a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Seminary. He has been Associate Campus Pastor of a 5000+, multi-site church and has much success in establishing and growing church sites. You may contact Kevin via email by clicking here.

Steve Meck brings a wealth of ministry experience to his position as Pastor of Adult Ministries. He has served as a missionary in Mexico, a Christian camp administrator in Michigan, a senior pastor in Pennsylvania and a staff pastor in a sister church. Jim Fair brings to his position a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and more than twenty years of ministry experience, both as a solo pastor and staff pastor. He combines that with more than eight years of experience in the business world. David Pannabecker has been our Minister of Worship and the Arts since 2001. He is very gifted as a musician on the organ and piano and is nationally recognized for his creative talent in Christian puppeteering. In 2007 David earned a doctoral degree in worship studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. He has also taught in a college setting locally and internationally. The Southside of South Bend has been home to Pastor John Ferguson since 1989. He has worked with children, youth, and families for the past thirteen years. John is a Bethel College graduate. His passion is to work with families and to collaborate with parents in their children's spiritual formation as it pertains to following Christ. John understands that when you reach the the family you reach the world. As the Student Ministries Pastor at Trinity EFC he and his fellow super leaders serve to unite teens into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. He also serves as the Host Pastor for our CrossWalk service. John is married to the love of his life Erin and is blessed with two beautiful children Graham and London.
