Craig Clapper has been at Trinity as Senior Pastor since 1986. Under his leadership, Trinity's attendance has nearly tripled and the last two phases of Trinity's three phase building program were successfully completed. Pastor Craig truly has the heart of a pastor and an evangelist, with a preaching style that combines 21st century relevance with the timeless truth of God's Word. Jim Fair
Director of Administration
Jim Fair brings to his position a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and more than 20 years of ministry experience, both as a solo pastor and staff pastor. He combines that with more than 8 years of experience in the business world. David Pannabecker
Minister of Worship and the Arts
David Pannabecker is our Minister of Worship and the Arts. David is formerly a businessman from Elkhart who has extensive ministry experience and training. David began serving as a substitute organist in September 2000 and became our Minister of Worship and the Arts in June 2001. He is very gifted as a musician on the organ and piano and is nationally recognized for his creative talent in Christian puppeteering. Steve Meck
Pastor of Adult Ministries
Steve Meck brings a wealth of ministry experience to his position as Pastor of Adult Ministries. He has served as a missionary in Mexico, a Christian camp administrator in Michigan, a senior pastor in Pennsylvania and a staff pastor in a sister church. John Ferguson
Youth Pastor
John joined us in July 2005 as our Assistant Youth Pastor, coming over from another local church youth ministry. In May 2007, John became our acting Youth Pastor while our youth ministry is in transition. To coin John's own unique terminology, he has been a "scorrific" addition to our ministry.
